One of the places to visit when you are in Havana, is the bar El Floridita, credited for the invention of daiquiri in the thirties. Hemingway also enjoyed coming to this bar, so in 2003. a full size bronze sculpture of him was erected here, and there are many photographs and other memorabilia displayed.
