In the movies about New York you often see how people are feeding pigeons, squirrels or animals in the zoo in the Central Park. Actually, it’s not allowed to feed the squirrels, same as in all of national parks in the US that I have been to, where it’s forbidden to feed or approach the wildlife. Despite the signs, many people do feed the birds or the squirrels, and you can see by the size of this one that it wasn’t just on the day that I visited.
