Shenandoah National Park is considered to be one of the most beautiful places in the United States, and it really is. Beautiful layers of misty mountain ranges, covered with furry trees. And the park is multi-layered too. If you have the opportunity, stay there right before sunset and during the night. You will see a different side of the park, one where hares snack on fresh grass right next to the road, black bears come out with their cubs and once it gets dark, fireflies start shining their magical green light.
