I have never been to Japan, but I am certain I will visit some day, and of course I would like to come when sakura trees are in full bloom. For now I visit sakuras in Riga every year in spring. The trees are present from Japan, a special type which are supposed to last in the unfavorable climate in Latvia. I hope they will grow and become as beautiful as those in Washington and of course, Japan.
